🎁 How it works
- A Mystery Box is a grey bag marked with ? symbols sitting in the upper box area, its color unknown until dropped.
- Tapping it releases marbles onto the conveyor, and the color is revealed only at the moment of the drop.
- It works like a normal upper box but the danger is commitment: you may get exactly the color you need or a useless one with nowhere to go.
- It blocks you three ways — it hides the color, can block access to boxes behind it, and forces a risky drop when no safer path exists.
Pro tip
Drop a Mystery Box when the bottom can handle several possible colors; the worst time is when only one color helps. Before tapping, check: is the conveyor less than half full, do I have at least two useful bottom colors, and can I clear one bottom box right after? Treat it as a move that needs backup space, not a normal drop.
